South Edisto River, SC; March 25, 2011

Link to anchorage on South Edisto River, SC via Google Maps

We are about 1/4 of the way up the coastline of South Carolina.

Travel today saw a mix of dark clouds with cold wind or warm mostly sunny sky's. We kept taking our jackets on and off all day.

Lady's Island swing bridge

The height of this bridge was at our limit, but with the low tide we were going to try to make it without putting the mast down or waiting an hour for the next opening.

Even though the depth sign said we would have room, it felt really close when we went under the bridge.

Fuel pier at the Marine Corp Air station in Beaufort, SC

Cool schooner

This must be fun because we see a lot of kayak's

This dolphin was next to the boat when we raised the anchor this morning
